• Your basic contact information is shared from other services of HAMK. There’s no need to update those.
• In addition, it is wise to add the mobile phone number (an international format, e.g. 040 123 4567 will be entered as +358401234567). This way the user can receive text messages when classes are canceled etc. Receiving messages is free of charge. You can’t reply to the message.
• It is also highly recommended to add a profile picture.

You can update your profile and language settings by clicking your own name on the upper right corner and selecting Preferences.

Edit Profile updates your account information, Preferred Language updates the language setting.
